Jaimey R’s focus and expertise centers on flawless operations and asset management. Jaimey uses his multi-disciplined expertise to integrate the various aspects of the company. Jaimey's cohesive approach continues to provide the foundation for Hillside-Investments' expansion and growth. He accumulated knowledge, expertise and wisdom though previous experiences at the Dembs Roth Group, which is a leader in commercial real estate for nearly half a century and has developed and managed over 15 million square feet of commercial properties in sixteen states. Jaimey provides the leadership necessary establishing Hillside as a respected full-service commercial real estate firm. In his role, Jaimey maintains responsibility for the company’s day-to-day leadership and general management of Hillside Investments, Jaimey’s successful partnerships with multiple investors and real estate professionals in developing and acquiring several million square feet of commercial properties continue expanding. He prides himself and his company on his commitment to long term, productive business relationships built on teamwork, trust, and superior results. Jason A’s focus is construction, where he contributes a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. Jason distinguishes himself with his clients not just through his ability to create value on the construction front, but also through his willingness to participate as a member of the overall asset management team. His availability and personal attention to each client in securing quality and longevity for each project is unparalleled in the industry. Jason’s impeccable work ethic, hands-on approach, and constant drive have earned him a well-deserved reputation for building and completing projects better, faster, and more cost efficiently than anyone else in the industry. He proficiently evaluates project plans while orchestrating and managing project schedules. Jason contributes twenty-four years of construction experience to the company, and has managed projects ranging from simple tenant build outs, to complex asset repurposing, to custom build-to-suits. His signature projects include the American Yazaki Conference Center along with the renovation and filling to capacity of a 287,000-square foot light industrial building in Livonia, which prior to his involvement sat vacant for over 10 years. According to Jason, “Friday staff lunches” reflect the company’s positive and upbeat culture. Jason is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.

Jason B’s focus is on acquisitions and leasing. His role includes “backup and support” meaning that he leads the efforts in growing the company and supporting the other stakeholders on all fronts. Jason is recognized for utilizing his vast market knowledge and extensive experiences to successfully meet his clients’ needs. Prior to Hillside Investments, Jason served as Chief Operating Officer, of Osprey S.A., Ltd. While there, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s operational functionality and oversaw the company’s growth through acquisitions exceeding four million square feet coupled with a book value peaking at approximately one billion dollars. Jason’s noteworthy transactions include: the acquisition of Sarasota City Center, a nineteen-story office plaza, First Citizens Plaza, a twenty-three story, 478,000 square foot Tower located in the Charlotte, NC and Troy Officentre, a 728,000-square foot office complex located in Troy, MI. He attests that Hillside-Investments is set apart from other similar companies’ due to the “stellar attitudes and impressive experiences of the employees”. Jason is a graduate of Michigan State University and served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Richard’s focus is centered on Hillside-Investments accounting and finances. His duties include overseeing all of the company’s capital markets, risk management, financial statements, and investor relations. Richard is also responsible for creating, monitoring, and reporting each and every company budget. He began his prolific career as a Certified Public Accountant with a local company and then joined BDO. Prior to joining Hillside Investments, he gained experience and expertise during his time with the Webber Group, a large construction company based in Houston, Texas where he held the title of CFO and Controller. Richard’s strong background is evident in both construction and real estate accounting and management. He recognizes that Hillside-Investment “prides itself on how well the employees work together and collaborate making it an exciting environment for everyone”. Richard earned his degree from Central Michigan University’s Honors College.
Director of ACCOUNTING
Cindee’s focus is managing the accounting details. Her responsibilities include the handling and monitoring of the checking accounts. She also is intimately involved in the billing process along with creating and handling spreadsheets for accounts payable. Cindee is proficient in Skyline, our Asset Management software. Cindee’s past roles include business manager and educator with a background in accounting and bookkeeping. Prior to joining Hillside Investments, Cindee was a member of the finance team for Advance Plumbing. During her time with Advanced Plumbing, Cindee advised ownership in the expansion of the business , allowing the family-owned operation to grow its sales and reach new markets. She claims that Hillside is unique in that “it is just fun working here because everyone is happy”. Cindee holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University.
Director of property management
Marc’s focus lays in managing Hillside-Investment’s properties. He is the senior property manager possessing over 37 years of property management experience. Prior to joining Hillside Investments, Marc was the director of property management at Dembs Roth Group. He managed over 2,500,000 square feet of industrial and commercial facilities spanning across nine states. Marc’s effective management skills and individual attention, along with his general contracting background provide him with a unique perspective appreciated by his clients. Additionally, Marc holds a reputation for providing each tenant with outstanding customer service. Along with his State of Michigan Residential Builder License, Marc is affiliated with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Storm Management and is a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management. He identifies Hillside-Investments as a “top-notch, reputable workplace due to its energetic staff.” Marc graduated from Michigan State University with a major in Material Logistics Management.
